Our Coaches are central to the success of the club. Whilst roles are paid, they do give up a lot of time to plan sessions, attend games, keep up to date with current coaching practices and develop all players they come into contact with. All Coaches at Poly NC subscribe to a Coaching Code of Conduct and are CRB checked.

Lesley Tischler
Lesley is the Head Coach and responsible for the coaching programme and Upper Squad match play at Poly NC. She is a UKCC L2 Coach, who has completed the L 3 course and is now working hard to finish her coursework. She is Head Coach for the Middlesex Academy, Latmer Upper School as well as a freelance netball coach.

Helena Sedgwick
Helena is a UKCC Level 2 Coach. Currently Helena is concentrating on her daytime job and playing, however she does support Lesley & Gordon in all areas of coaching. One to watch!

Tip of the Week

Don't run before you can walk. You must build up to playing netball after a break, or the chance you could injury yourself increases. Build up by working on your aerobic fitness and relevate S&C exercises, none on which need a gym.

Gordon Dudman
Gordon is our Chairman and is responsible for the Lower Squad match play at Poly Netball Club. He is a Level 2 Coach as well as a UKCC tutor.
